This page explains the legal scope of using Scroll Hush. It should be read together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Purpose of the application

Scroll Hush is a personal digital-wellbeing and self-management application. It helps you set boundaries, make intentional app-opening choices, and review recorded usage patterns.

The app does not guarantee a particular change in your behavior. You remain responsible for the settings you choose and the decisions you make when using your device.

No clinical diagnosis or treatment

Scroll Hush is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a medical or psychological condition.

Self-assessment results, usage reports, points, and progression categories are information within the app. They are not clinical findings and should not be used as a substitute for professional evaluation.

Meditation and stretching are general wellness activities. They do not provide individualized medical, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or exercise advice.

Monitoring and enforcement limitations

The app depends on Android usage information, granted permissions, background execution, and device settings. Operating-system changes, manufacturer behavior, battery restrictions, missing events, or technical failures can affect its operation.

Scroll Hush cannot guarantee that every opening, session, or limit will be recorded or enforced. Its reports are practical usage information, not independently certified measurements.

Its restrictions are self-management tools. They should not be relied upon as a safety system, security control, or guaranteed restriction on another person's access.

Authorized use

Use Scroll Hush only on a device you own or are authorized to configure. Any monitoring involving another person must meet applicable consent and legal requirements.

Do not use the application's permissions to obtain unauthorized access to another person's accounts, communications, or information.

Independent application

Scroll Hush operates independently from the social apps it supports. Supporting or launching an app does not mean that its provider sponsors, endorses, or operates Scroll Hush.

Your use of another app remains subject to that app's own terms, policies, and account conditions. Scroll Hush does not control those services.

Privacy and local records

The Privacy Policy explains the current application's local processing, access, storage, retention, export, and deletion controls.

The current app does not automatically upload your usage history to Scroll Hush. Copies you choose to export and messages you send to support are handled separately from private app storage.

Removing local data does not remove a copy already sent to another service. The current in-app deletion button also does not erase every separate local store; the Privacy Policy explains how to clear private app storage through Android.

Original application materials

Rights in Scroll Hush's original application materials remain with their respective rights holders. Permission to use the application does not transfer ownership of those materials.

Any restrictions on copying or other use remain subject to exceptions and rights provided by applicable law.

Consumer rights and liability

The Terms of Use explain the application's availability, warranties, and limitations of liability. Those provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing on this page or in the Terms removes mandatory consumer protections, privacy rights, or remedies. A general disclaimer does not remove obligations that the law requires the developer to meet.
